We want to sell tickets for seminars (4 seminars, with 10 working tickets and 30 auditing tickets available for each seminar). I've created the form, using the inventory widget, and have purchased some tickets as a test. That went fine. However, when trying to purchase more tickets, all of the ticket types say "you can only select (0) items or less." I can't figure out what happened. I'm sure I'm missing something easy...can you please help? Thanks!

It seems that there is some issue with the widget or form. Could you try updating the widget once and see if that helps without making any changes to the widget?

I updated all widgets on the page, but unfortunately that didn't work. Thanks in advance for your help.

I've checked your JotForm and tried adding a new inventory widget which seems to be working fine. I've also cloned your JotForm to my account and it worked without any issue. Generally, this error message appears when all the quantity is over. Did you complete all the quantity while testing the form submission? I'm not sure if there is any issue with the widget on the form. Could you try changing the quantity on the widget and see if it works? Also, please try adding a new inventory widget on your form.

Another person tried to purchase tickets and got the same error message (you can only select 0 items or less), but I had not made any of your suggested changes to my form. I will delete the current inventory widgets and add new ones - hopefully, that will work. Will keep you updated. Thank you.

Update: I redid the form, new inventory widgets & calculation, and it's working fine now.
