Why am I being billed monthly & yearly?

    I recently switched my jotform subscription to a monthly premium ($9.95), which was going as expected for Feb, March and April. However, I was also charged $90 a few days ago, which was the original yearly fee we incurred. Why am I being charged for both monthly & still the yearly fee? If at all possible, could we have the once-yearly fee?

    I came into this role recently, so I might be missing something as to the upgrade we made; thanks for your help!

    When you switched to the monthly plan, unfortunately, the yearly one was not fully cancelled on our end, my apologies.  I will refund the yearly subscription and reapply the monthly one.  You will receive an email stating that your subscription was cancelled, disregard it, it only pertains to the duplicate.  The refund should be posted to your card in 5-7 business days.
