Is there a way on the forms to add a place for a user to download a PDF or word doc file?

    I use Jot forms to collect information from potential clients as a form submission.

    Do you mean to place a link to download a PDF or word file on your JotForm? If so, you may place the link using the Text field. Please see the screencast below that can assist you in achieving your requirement.

    You may place the link to your PDF or Word file in the URL field after clicking on Insert link icon. If you want to display the PDF file on your JotForm, you may consider using PDF embedded widget.
