Conditional Logic & form itself not functioning

Hi can you help, the conditional logic on one of the parts of this form won't function, the question doesn't even show in the preview.

Now on the third edit re-edit and now the url isn't being recognised.

Is there an issue that you are currently having with your server - its rather frustrating

When I've checked your form I am not able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having. The condition is working properly on my side. We would appreciate it if you could check it again and if the issue still persists, kindly provide us more details.

Thank you so much, there is a bit of a delay between when a user amends a form template and saves it for the preview with the amendments to function properly on the new URL, but it works now so thank you :).
