My forms have been disabled - why?

    My forms have been disabled. I discovered that may have been because we were asking for payment info. I removed that from my form that was asking for that info so please enable my forms again.

    It appears that your account has been auto-suspended by our phishing detector, which is why your forms have been disabled. However, I checked your forms and I didn't see any forms that violated jotform's terms. Because of this, I have now removed the suspension on your account. You can now view your forms without any issue.
