How do I account for multiple submissions of one question?Asked by ryanguerra11 on May 11, 2016 at 01:22 PM
I have a form I am creating for a company to help load data into our system. It is personal and company profile info.
I want to create section that allows them to insert multiple "rewards numbers" for various rewards programs. I need the question to circle back or add another option if they need it. It needs to create multiple entries in the results page, not just circle back to the first reward they entered. There is no set number of options so it needs to be variable.
When reviewing your form I noticed that you have multiple pages for PILOT RATING. I am assuming that you would like to dynamically create the same pages as long as the users requires to rate a pilot.
This is not possible. What you can do is create a certain number of pages, like 10. If the user would like to rate more pilots he would require to fill in another form.
The other option would be to use the COLLAPSE field. Each collapse would also include the information to rate a pilot.
Before the user start to rate pilots, you can insert a dropdown field asking how many pilots he would like to rate. Depending on the selection, only that number of collapses would be displayed.
If this is not clear or would like an example, please let us know. We will be glad to assist.
