I have checked your JotForm and seems that the form is not having any fields at the moment. I've also checked your email address in our bounce list and see that it is not listed there. You should be receiving emails your email address without any issue. I checked the guide but if my email address isn't on you bounce list, the guide is not really relevant. I'm still not getting any emails. What is the next step?

The guide my colleague provided is moreover intended to provide possible solutions to email and bounce-related issues based on known common reports about these sorts of issues.
Anyhow, I went ahead and did some digging and I found the problem.
I found you have no successful submissions because your account shows you have 0 submissions.
However, looking into your form submissions to double-check this I did find 1 submission which ended up as an Incomplete Payment since it was not tested all the way through.
This is because you don't have the paypal payment integration properties to send you notice of such even after it's not completed since your setting is set to "no".
Additionally, to receive emails of such you would also need to make sure you've set up the paypal ipn which allows it to function properly when you do actually start getting submissions from your form you'll get notice of completed submissions.
So those are the reasons you have not yet received any emails.

I have checked your JotForm and see that the Payment Pending Email option is still set to No. If you need to receive email notifications even if the payment is incomplete/failed, you'll need to select the appropriate option from the payment field properties.
If you do not want to receive for failed payments, you may test it and get back to us if you need any further assistance.
