Some transactions are going through on the back end, and some are showing up blank. i don't know what's going on.
Do you see anything?

Some have the payment processing details and some don't. I've just made all the payment fields required and I unhid the calculation field.

Is there a problem with the mailing and billing address and the checkbox that transfers the information between the two?

I have just tested your form and each time I tried to submit a form with an empty field in the billing address I got the following error. I was not able to submit unless it was filled properly.
If you experience this again, please let us know and we will be glad to take a look.

Right. I made everything required. Before it was not required. But in testing I still couldn't submit without a credit card number. Its hard to troubleshoot with JOT because there is no error message. I don't see any incomplete transactions. It's like the information just disappears. I get the form details but the payment just doesn't process. I don't know how to troubleshoot this.

If the the field was not required when those submissions were made, it is possible that the form has been submitted with the payment field empty.
What I would suggest is to leave the field as required, and if you notice a submission missing the payment information, contact us and provide the submission ID so we can look into this.
