Tying submission limits to PayPal integration

I am trying to use Jotform and the PayPal integration wizard to sell tickets to a community event.  Let's say that there are 100 seats available.  The rules are that the form should not sell more tickets than seats, and that no one buyer can purchase more than 4 seats.

So, I want the form to track the number of seats sold, and stop submissions if the total reaches 100.  This means that JotForm has to track the number of units sold in the PayPal integration wizard and not just the number of raw form submissions.  For example if 25 users each buy 4 tickets the 26th user should not be allowed to submit the form, but if 25 users each by three tickets then there are still 25 seats left and I can accept more submissions.  Obviously the hard maximum number of form submissions is still 100.

Is there a way to do this in JotForms?  The alternative is that I limit each buyer to one ticket, and have them resubmit the form, but that is really ugly and invites misuse by people repeatedly buying tickets beyond their allocation.

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to match the number of sales to appear with Paypal and the number that shall be the inventory with your form.

You can however, make use of the inventory widget, form calculation widget, and set your paypal to use custom amount payments.

This way, you will have your inventory set on your form. The only downside of this is that you will not be able to have the proper inventory on your Paypal. But this will help prevent purchases beyond the limited number of items you have in your inventory.

Feel free to let us know if you have further questions regarding this.
