I am not quite sure if I understood your concern correctly. I'm checking your form and I see that you already have a payment integration on it.
It's the "Reunion Fees" in your form "Membership Application Form":
If you need to edit or update the payment integration, simply click the wand or wizard icon as shown in the screenshot above.
