I understand that you are not receiving email notifications for your JotForm. I have checked your JotForm and tried to send a test submission to the form. The form is properly redirected to PayPal without any issue. However, as I check the submissions, there is only one submission with no payment information. As I check further, I see that there are submissions in the Incomplete payments. These are the submissions that the payment is not received. Please refer to the PayPal incomplete payments FAQs below for more information.
I have checked the 3 email addresses set for the notifications in our bounce list and they are not listed there and should be receiving email notifications. Since the submissions are not complete with the payment, the emails were not sent. If you need to receive the notifications for the failed payment submissions also, you may enable the option Pending Payment Email from the payment field properties.
