Why I'm not receiving submissions on my email?Asked by timmcbrayer on May 19, 2016 at 02:28 PM
I have checked my settings and everything appears to be OK but when people fill out my form I don't know it unless they tell me. I have to go to your website to find their form rather than getting it in the body of the email that had been coming to me whenever a form was filled out. This applies for every form I have created.
Also, on some forms that I get back some questions do show up at all while on some completed forms where the same questions have the same or no answers (no check boxes are checked) the questions still show up. I can't understand why some of my questions are disappearing.
Can you help me correct these two problems?
The forms are my New Home Buyer Survey and Home Seller Survey

Submissions didn't come through since your email was in our Bounce list, the reason why your email was in bounce list is below:

I removed your email from our bounce list so submissions should go through. Also, please check this thread in order to avoid similar issues in future.
