How to find where my forms are published?Asked by ss157 on May 23, 2016 at 07:57 AM
I have taken over this account from a colleague and am trying to track where the forms are still published as we're rolling out a new system. Is there a way of tracking what web pages the form source code has been used on?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to track to what web pages or platforms your forms are embedded unless you have setup a Google Analytics widget, Get Referrer widget or a Get Form Page URL widget in them.
Those will allow you to see the traffic on your forms, the origin of the visitor, the current URL, etc... We do have our own Form Analytics, but I am not sure if you will be able to use the information presented there. Here's a blog post about our Form Analytics: https://www.jotform.com/blog/158-Realizing-the-Power-of-Form-Analytics
I hope that helps.
