I have created a sign up form a golf scramble. The event has 2 tee off times, each with 11 teams, that can have up to 4 people on them. Players sign up as individuals, 2some, 3some, or 4somes. I am currently using the Quantity Gift Registry so players can choose the number in there party. I would like to be able to display the names of those that have signed up for each slot though... is this possible?Page URL:

I would like to confirm if I understood you correctly. You would like to have the form show the options to select entries, but in the same time to show the names of those that have already applied for same positions.
So if I would apply for team 4, it would show "Ben" and 3 more openings for the same team?
If that is the case, then no, it would not be possible to be done on a form.
What you could and should do is to use the captured data to show the entries on your website for example.
That way once someone submits the form, they are also updating the page on your website, which you could set to show the names and any other details that you would like to show. - This would however not be something you would do through the form, it would require you to hire a developer (or program the same yourself).
