Hi. I have a timesheet form that has two parts employee and manager. I have made a condition so that the employees choice of manger email address is to be suto copied to field in mangers page. I have not been able to get it to work unless I use calculate value instead of copy value, and it fills the to field with repeating email address seperated by = signs?

    can you help.

This is because you have exactly setup it as "Your Current Manager/Team Leader" = "Approving Manager" in your conditions. Here's a screenshot:

If you just want to output the email address in the "Your current manager" to the "Approving manager", then you should setup the condition like this:

You can use the "Copy a Field's Value" in the "DO" statement. However, you need to make sure that the field is set to "A-Z". To do that, you need to use the "Calculate a field's value". To learn more about conditional logic, you can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic

On a different note, please avoid creating form fields that are asking for passwords or have labels like "Passwords". Here's one:

Please note that we do not allow forms asking for sensitive information like log in credentials, credit card details, bank information, passwords and the likes. This violates our terms of use and you will most likely be suspended because of this sooner or later. We have an anti-Phishing system and a team of manual reviewers that checks these forms and suspends account for any violation.

I recommend renaming your password fields like "Access key" or "Access code" to avoid problems. If you have other forms like this it is also recommended to update or edit them.

    Thank you.

Thanks all sorted. By the way I could not get copy value to work so had to use calculate instead.

    cheers
