My form is disabled. It worked yesterday, but not today. Can you tell me why?

    It appears that your account was autosuspended by our phishing detector due to a violation jotform's terms. Please note that collecting credit card information is not allowed in jotform.

    Here's an excerpt from our terms:

    Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials. 

    If you want the suspension to be removed, please delete the forms that are asking for user's credit card information. Once you have deleted them, let us know and we will promptly remove the suspension on your account.
