Changes to email do not get saved after saving them

    Ugh... Jot form keeps reverting my response emails back to their original tables after I edit them. VERY FRUSTRATING. Has happened FIVE TIMES SO FAR. I have had to resort to saving the code externally and then pasting it into the email. BUT JOT FORM STILL REVERTS THE EMAIL BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL FORM!!!! I DONT HAVE TIME FOR JOTFORMS SHODDY SOFTWARE!

    Was gonna upgrade yesterday... GLAD I DIDNT!!!!


    PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

    The reason why that would happen is if you have locked your email template down to stop the changes.

    That is done when you set the emails to not send the empty fields.

    To resolve this, you should unlock the table first.

    Once you do, your changes will be possible to be saved and the same should not happen again.
