My form was disabled, and I realized afterwards that it may have been flagged because I had the term "password" in it. However, I do social media management for businesses, which requires me to have access to their social media sites, but I can request those outside of this form if needed. I have since removed the term in question and would like my form (listed below) enabled again please. Thank you.

I did check your form and it seems you have removed the password field already. I have activated your account now and your form is back online.
Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.
