I have a couple of things I am trying to accomplish and I am not sure Jotform can help. I am trying to have a dynamic form created where my techs can use their devices to fill out a form of what they did and submit to home base in real time. Also based on the information gathered I would like to have the ability to create an executive summary of that visit to present to our customers. This is my goal and I need some help in getting this done through your services.
The other issues I am having is I would like to have my techs be able to dynamically add line items to the form I have created, how do I do this? Also is there a way I can get a sum built into the quantity asked for?

Hello Justin,
I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly. How do you want to create a dynamic form? I would request you to please explain your requirement a bit more in detail and we will surely help you. I would also suggest you to please give us an example on what you want to achieve and we will take a look.
