I need help in understanding what I level I need. The person who used to take care of this is no longer with the company and I have never worked with it before. Can someone please call me. I am not getting my information.

I checked your account and it looks to be well within your limits. Your forms should be able to accept new submissions. When you upgraded to a Storage account, it only increased your total allowable stored submissions. Since you were also over limit for form views and nearly over limit for submissions, a storage account was not sufficient. When you upgraded to a Bronze subscription, it was sufficient to cover all aspects of your account nearing their limits. You should not have any further trouble.
