Google analytics tracking on form thank you pages

I have created UTM URLs for all my thank you pages, and I have activated the Google analytics widget for all my forms, and I still do not see tracking information on analytics.  Any ideas?

When I check your form analytics I see that there are two views for "24 Hour Electrical Service - Pinellas" form.

You can compare the values between the google analytics and the form analytics. If you see the difference please let us know with screenshots. At that situation, we can assist more properly.
