I've been shown how to use a calculator, the question is that all the values will depend on which city is chosen - is it possible to create a calculator that takes the previous answer in to account?

This is possible using conditions: Smart Forms Using Conditional Logic. I am currently creating a sample form for you. Please allow me sometime to finish the sample form. I will get back to you once I finish the setup of the sample form.

I have created a sample form which you can check: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/61532326608958. You can clone the form if you want to have a closer look on the setup. Here is a guide on how to clone form: How to clone an existing form from a URL.
On the sample form I have added several fields for the prices.
Then setup the conditions to set the prices.
Then setup the calculation field.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.
Regards.
