Adobe e-sign not working alongside JotForm

    I tested the Adobe DC eSign widget and was not able to replicate the problem.

    Please do make sure that your Adobe account was properly authenticated in the widget.

    You should be able to see a window telling you that the authentication was successful.

    I checked the form titled "Amended Terms & Conditions 11%" and the widget setting does not show that you have authenticated your Adobe account:

     

    Please re-authenticate, click the "Update Widget" button and save your changes. Test your form again and see if you are now able to use the widget properly.
