clicking next button should go to specific pages

    so

    the page "lag time"

hitting next so go either to the page - correct ans or the page incorrect ans

and then once the user is informed of correct or incorrect the next buttons on either page should go to the page

    curve pattern.

i think i am doing something wrong which hopefully is a simple fix

    thanks

I see that you have added two conditions to display specific page based on the user selection.

However, I see that the condition is set to the same rule which is redirecting to page 5 irrespective of the option selection. Please change the rule in the condition so that the condition should be working properly.

    Hope this information helps!

I would suggest putting the two text fields on the same page then create a condition to show/hide the fields depending the lag time field instead of the skip condition.

Here's a cloned version of your form showing the changes: https://form.jotform.com/61575816820965

    Here's the conditional logic:

This should work. Let us know if you need further help on this.

I have checked your JotForm and see that the conditions are working properly. The text fields are displayed correctly based on the selection in the dropdown.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
