Can I copy a form from one account to another?

I don't own the other account, but I know the person that does. Is there a way they can export the form and then I import it to save time in recreating it?

We want the form on our own account and currently it is on a previous web designer for us.

Yes, it is possible to copy or "clone" a form from one account to another. To do so, simply follow this guide: How to clone an existing form from a URL. However, please note that cloning a form only copies the design and conditions of the form. You will not be able to copy the submissions within that form.
