Can I copy a form from one account to another?Asked by PrestigeDesign on June 06, 2016 at 05:57 PM
I don't own the other account, but I know the person that does. Is there a way they can export the form and then I import it to save time in recreating it?
We want the form on our own account and currently it is on a previous web designer for us.
Yes, it is possible to copy or "clone" a form from one account to another. To do so, simply follow this guide: How to clone an existing form from a URL. However, please note that cloning a form only copies the design and conditions of the form. You will not be able to copy the submissions within that form.
If you want the form including its submissions to be moved to your account, please let us know and we will promptly do it for you. Regards.
