    What is submission storage?

    In my account I see a number of Submission storage. Can you explain what that means. Which submission is stored?

    Submission storage is the total number of submissions that is currently stored in your account. A free account can store up to 500 submissions in total at any given time, while paid accounts do not have any limits on their submission storage.

    This means that a free account can still receive up to 100 submissions per month. If you receive the maximum number of submissions (100) each month, in five months your submission storage (500) would be filled.

    When submissions storage is filled and you exceed 500 submissions, as you receive new form submissions, your oldest submissions are automatically deleted to make room for the new submissions. This means that your account can never go over this 500 submissions limit, since the oldest of the 500 submissions is always deleted when a new submission is received.

    You can also always delete submissions from your account in order to reduce the total number of submissions in your account.

    If you wish to lift the storage limit from your account and have unlimited number of submissions that can be stored in your account, you may want to upgrade your account to one of our paid plans:
