I have a form that uses the Auto Submission Deleter to erase all submissions however it is not working 100% of the time. Recently I have to go in manually and delete the submissions. I have the correct form associated with the app. Is there any issues with the app or am I doing something incorrect? And it has worked with the form in the past and sporadically now.

I have just reviewed the auto delete app and did not notice any problems. I configured it with one of my form and all the submission where deleted automatically. I did notice that some times there was a small lapse where I could see a submission. This was because it takes a few seconds for the app to go through all the forms and delete the proper ones.
I also noticed that the form in question does not have any submission saved in our servers at the moment.
If you notice this again, do let us know and we will be glad to take another look.

I removed the attached form from the Auto Delete App and reassociated it and that seems to have it working again. I will let you know if there are any more issues.

Just happened again. Now have one form submission saved and not auto deleted.

Auto delete is no longer deleting submissions I will not edit anything until you have a chance to look at it but with out this ability this form can not be used.

Our apologies. Can we test your form? Seems like it's been used so I need to know if it's okay to test it. I will also try testing the app on my end.

I do have people using the form so I had to manually delete the submission so they could continue to use it.

Sorry for the delay. I have just submitted a test form and no data was saved in our servers. It was automatically deleted.
If this occurs again please let us know and we will look at it immediately.

The issue is still happening. Not all the time but enough to make my form unuseable. I just completed one and the submission has not been deleted. Please help.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have just reviewed your form and could not really indicate why it does not delete all the submission properly.
I did find a strange thing. and assuming that is the cause. Our server still have 10 upload files from the form that where not delete properly
Before I remove it permanently, I would like to confirm if you already have these files? If you do please let us know so we can remove it and delete your other 2 submission that are still in our records.

Yes please delete all submissions.
I have not been able to consistently repeat the issue. But usually once every 20 to 30 submission it does not delete.

I have removed does 10 files and also deleted the 2 submission. Hopefully this resolves the issue. If you are still having problems, please let us know and we will be glad to take another look.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I am assuming you are using our auto submission delete app. If this is the case, can you remove the form and re-configure it again.
