We will be happy to assist with any request, but with this kind of request, we must first get a confirmation.
Once your account is deleted/removed, all your forms and all their data would be permanently deleted and there is no way for us to get it back.
Now, since you are on free subscription, if you leave your forms as they are, you would be able to come back to them at a later time and continue using the same account when you need it. You will not be charged for anything if you are on a free subscription.
If you still want to proceed in deleting your account, please do confirm this. We will wait for your response.
