Conditional Logic not working

Please edit your form using this link: https://www.jotform.com//?formID=61563894639976&old

That link above will load the old preferences window. Next click Condition and click on the lower left the Saved Conditions button.

Click to edit the saved condition and then it will load the old form calculations window. As soon as the conditions load, you will notice a button-looking element in the Conditions wizard, click the numeric 0-9, it should change to a-z and the button will turn gray.

Once the complete element turns gray, save your condition and then save your form

This should fix the problem.
