Can you please help to stop blocking all emails from jotform.

    Dear sir ;


    I had many email always being block by your system and losing my customer orders.

    please disable all blocking and let the system automatically sent all orders (emails) to

    I am paying monthly subscriptions but your system is not giving me what I had paid for.

    Hello Anthony,

    Upon checking your email address I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:

    Result: is IN 

     the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from is NOT

    I have now removed your email address from our bounce list and it should work fine. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if you receive submission emails successfully.
