I have tried importing a form called PharmD from the College of Pharmacy Webpage, http://www.belmont.edu/pharmacy/ The form URL is https://www.jotform.com//?formID=43437068990969 under the beBelmont JotformPro account. I get an error " Form not found: Form ID is missing or irregular."

I have used the import function before, so I am not sure what is causing the problem. I think there should be a way to change the account without creating a new form with a new URL.

The link you are trying to use is the link to the Form Builder instance of that form, which is only accessible to the account that owns the form:

    https://www.jotform.com//?formID=43437068990969

The above link is for editing a form. If you want to access that form and try to clone it, please make sure to use the form's direct link instead:

    https://www.jotform.com/43437068990969

If the owner of that form allows for their forms to be cloned, you should be able to clone it by using the direct link. You can also always find out the direct link of your form by clicking on the Publish button inside Form Builder:

You can clone a form through its direct link by following this guide:
