CAN I INCLUDE CUSTOM ATTACHED FORMS TO TEMPLATES

    Can you please explain what you would like to to. I am not fully understanding what you are referring to with custom attached forms. Are you looking to use a template and adjusting your form with it? Or are you looking to embed a form into a template?
