Form Sorunu

Form oluşturuyorum oluşturduğum form not found diyor kayıt ediyorum ama formu açmıyor ne yapmalıyım.

Your account was automatically suspended because of your form that asks for a password. This automated suspension was done by the system's phishing filter which scans every form and suspends the accounts which form may be found to be suspicious.

Regarding your form, please take note that JotForm does not have the capacity to create login forms. As such, sign up forms for login accounts are forbidden as it is considered a phishing form.  May I recommend to please remove the sign up form that you have.

For the meantime, I have reactivated your account. Please remove the said form in issue, as the system may be able to scan the form and suspend your account again.
