The membership application form submit says please wait and never submits

Not sure if the image above works or not. 

The membership application form on our neighborhood website freezes once the submit button is pushed. 

The form has a paypal feature, the one obtained from Jotform. It has worked fine in the past but now appears to not work.

I am not certain when it stopped working. Please let me know if you can assist.

I have tried submitting your Jotform to my account and it redirected to PayPal without any issue at my end.

I notice that the form is embedded using iframe embed method so there shouldn't be any conflicts with the other scripts on the page. Were you able to fix the issue? If you are still experiencing the issue, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.
