I have a register your cv application that candidates fill out using jot form. Where they attach there cv.
When the submission comes through to me - on mobile i can click on the cv and view, however i cant on my desktop/laptop. Are you able to help with this?

I have checked the file uploaded for the submission and see that the file is properly downloading and opening. It looks like that the filename might be causing the issue on your laptop to download/open the uploaded file. Could you try downloading the file using the URL below and see if that works.

I checked the uploaded files using my laptop and it seems that I am able to download and open the file successfully. Can you please try clearing your browser cache to see if that resolves the issue?
You can also try downloading the files on the submissions page to see if that works.
If the issue persists, please let us know.
