Fields were filled out and shown in the email notification I received but they are not there when I view them to print out in submissions.

    Yes sorry! Here is a screen shot of what it looks like when I click on the submission in my form account

    They are empty. Here is a screen shot of what was emailed to me when she submitted it

    She filled it out and signed it, but it's not showing up when I view the submission in jotform. I need to to create the pdf and print this so that I have all the fields and terms of the contract. This is the only one of my submissions I seem to be having an issue with. Is there a way to retrieve the information she clearly submitted ? Thanks!
