Configurable List won't work in IE or Firefox

I have a form with a configurable list: https://form.jotform.com/GRALVA/meet-cover-sheet 

I LOVE the configurable list, but I am being told that people are not able to see it in Internet Explorer or Firefox.  I don't have those on my computer, but I can see it fine on Chrome and Edge.

Is there something I need to do differently to configure it?

No you do not have configure your widget differently and it should work fine in any browsers. I did check your form in firefox and IE browser and the "Configurable List" widget does gets displayed without any problem. Please check the screenshot below of both browser:
