How can I add form fields or change them in a template?

    I builded up some forms as request (not order!) forms based on a template named "tabela para pedidos". Now I want to edit the forms and change the OPTION-Field into a TEXTAREA without losing the entries?
    Here is my Form 
    Can I change the fields anyway?

    Hi,

    I checked the form you provided and I did not see option/dropdown fields other than the ones below.

    Unfortunately, those fields are part of a Purchase Order field and they cannot be simply replaced with textarea fields.

    If you are referring to different fields, though, please give us the name of the fields or a screenshot of them.
