Form collapse not working on Windows Phone

Hi, I am using an emulator to test my form on Window Phone (Nokia Lumia 930) and I can't open most of the collapsed sections.  However the last section (checkout) does open.

May I know what emulator service you are using? I tested your form link on a Windows Lumia 930 emulator on Browserstack.com and was not able to replicate the problem.

Could you please try another emulator or an actual device in your end?
