    Where is my payment received by my form?

    My paypal is linked and I have recieved a payment but it is still not showing up in my account. How long does it take to hit my paypal account?

    I believe that you are referring to "Photographer Registration Form". As I check the form submission, it looks like the submission is completed from the Incomplete payment submissions. Please be noted that the submission completed from the Incomplete payments will not process the payment. However, it processes the post submission actions like sending notifications, etc.

    Please refer to the FAQs of Incomplete Payments for more information in this regard.

    A successful payment submission will be displaying the payer info in the submission as shown below.

    Can you please provide us ID of the form that your user submitted? I have checked your form  "Photographer Registration Form" and there is only one submission. Did you completed incomplete submission? 

    You should also enable IPN for Paypal: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal

    If the money was withdrawn from your user account, please ask your user to contact PayPal support and ask them where the money went.
