Form submission to PDF format

Hi there, 

Once a form is completed is there an option where the submitted completed form can be converted to PDF format?

Submission data can be exported in PDF format from the submission view in your account:

Or by including a PDF copy of the submission with your email notifications:

While editing your form, click on the "Emails" tab, then click to edit the notification for your form.  From that menu, click on the "Advanced" tab, and check the option to attach a PDF of the submission data.
