It appears that you have exceeded the limit for the form views this month, which is why your forms are over quota. Free accounts have 1,000 form views available per month, but your account is now at 1400 views for the month of June. You will have to wait until the first day of the next month (July 1) for the form view counter to reset to 0. Alternatively you can also choose to upgrade your account to a paid subscription to have more form views available.
