Widgets won't appear in form.

    I am having problem seeing widgets appearing in my form. For example booking calendar.

    I ready in knowledge base as this is something to do with frames. I have tried on both browsers google as well as Internet Explorer. It still does not show.


    Please assist in ways possible.

    Could you please check again? Is your form embedded in a webpage, if yes, please share the URL of the page, so we can check further.

    Thanks. I did not embedded it to any of my webpage yet.
    Please let me know which browser you use and how do I disable frames if
    this is the issue?

    I am using Chrome browser and I was able to see the widgets without any issue. I also checked on Firefox and Edge and I was also able to see the widgets there.

    Can you please try using another device to view the form? You can also try clearing the browser cache on your browsers to see if that resolves the issue. If the issue still persists, please let us know.
