Hello dear JotForm support worker,
I just submitted a JotForm Support request. I got no feedback whatsoever that my request had been received, so I'm submitting this request to check if that is standard procedure at JotForm.
Please consider adding some confirmation message after submitting a JotForm Support request. If you don't have it already of course. Maybe something went wrong with my previous request, or I just didn't notice it.
Inquiries posted here are immediately given an open status once you see your submitted question, there is no email alert sent to notify that we have received your request. You will be notified however via email once you receive a response to your question or request.
I have checked your posted threads and I see a colleague is on it right now, answering your concern. You will receive a notification once he submits his response.
I also have forwarded a request for development, your request to send a confirmation message after submitting a support inquiry. However, I cannot guarantee that this can be implemented immediately. But as soon as we have updates on this request, we'll inform you right away.
