I'd like to know if there is a way to create form with multiple payment option

I recently created a Golf Tournament Registration form using JotForm.  I love it!  But, I wound up having to create two, one for those paying with PayPal and one for those paying in other ways.  Is there a way to combine?  On the one with PayPal it seemed that unless you used PayPal there was no way to submit the registration.  I plan to use this system again, so I'd like to know if there is a way for me to have PayPal or maybe a "contact me for payment" option?

    My two forms were:

    https://www.jotform.com//?formID=61384630931253 and https://www.jotform.com//?formID=61524460119248

    Thanks,

You can combine both if the other payment method is manual. Here's a cloned version of your form showing the changes: https://form.jotform.com/61714291014952

    a. Use the checkbox fields for selecting the registration items.

    b. Keep the calculation widget in the form to get the total payment.

    c. Add Paypal integration and get the Paypal total from the calculation widget: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field.

    d. Add a radio button field for payment method selection.

    e. Show the Paypal or Text field (cheque payment) based on the payment method selection: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-show-or-hide-a-field-in-the-form-based-on-the-other-field-input-or-selection.

For the Paypal payment, you can allow credit card payments on the Paypal payment page. Just please make sure that Paypal Account Optional is enabled in your Paypal account.

I hope this helps and let us know if you need any further assistance.
