It's still going on. Been happening for the last 1.5 hours that we've noticed. Here's the link to one of our forms that we're experiencing trouble with: http://form.jotform.us/form/50885550166157
http://www.jotform.com/myforms/ is still not loading correctly/completely either.
Please define the problem that's causing this issue and provide an ETA for resolution.

The service is operating normally at the moment. I have also checked your form in different browsers, but I was not able to reproduce any issues.
If you are still experiencing any issues with the form, please let us know. If you are getting any specific errors or warnings, include them to your reply if possible.

The style files are not loading on your side for some reason. It might be related to network limitations, security related software which is blocking specific links, or something else.
Could you please try to load our website by using the next link to see if that makes any difference?
The link should load the website bypassing a Content Delivery Network service that we use.

Please try to open Firefox Web Console to see if there are any errors. If possible, please provide us with a screenshot.
You may also try disabling security related software installed on your computer (if any) for testing purposes. Also, try to access the site using different computer and/or Internet Service Provider.

Turns out, our DNS servers weren't able to resolve jotfor.ms but we fixed it by using different DNS servers. Not sure if anything has changed with your side but the last time we know it worked for us was Thursday 6/16/16.

Thank you for your update. I am not aware about recent DNS updates on our side. Anyway, we will monitor the situation to make sure that everything is right.
