    Now you have already blocked my forms and I must again pay $ 39.00 to you.

    This is not normal, because I really have no 1,100,000 visitors per month on my websites.

    Hello,

    I did check your account and found that you have 5 active subscriptions. It seems every time you reached your form views limit, you upgraded your account again. You do not have to upgrade your account multiple time. We will try to solve this issue and process refund. 

    Which subscription plan you want to upgrade to? I would suggest you to retain gold subscription plan which will give you 1 million form views. Do get back to us on this so that we can calculate and initiate refund.
