When I submit my form, I dont receive email in my box, but when I click in email test I receive, why did? What am I doing wrong?

    Hello Juliana,

    I have just reviewed your email setting and email address as well. I did not find them in our bounce list. I did notice that you have configured a custom SMTP with your email.

    Can you try using our default email sender address and see if you receive notification.

    Please let us know if this helps.
