I deleted a field and it's still there

Hi,

In my form 40905558472359 there was an unnecessary question (second to last), that I just removed.

It used to say "Jeśli posiadasz kod promocyjny, wpisz go tutaj:" (If you have a discount code, enter it here).

Since we don't provide discount codes, I thought it's time to remove it. Well, I did, but it still shows up when I click preview or access http://form.jotformeu.com/form/40905558472359 — I thought it was my cache, but it still happens after flushing it :(

Is there anything I can do?
