How can I add a "Register" button for a mail chimp campaign and embed the jot form link in that button?

I am trying to email the event information via mail chimp, but I need to create a registration button that will redirect recipients to the jot form site in order to capture their contact information...

The following thread has a guide on finding the URL of your form:

Include that URL in the email you are sending out and the users will be able to fill out your form from that link.
